IMPLEMENTATION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENCY (ITSA) OF ODISHA GIRLS INCENTIVE PROGRAMME, GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA

 

NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 

Government of Odisha (GoO) is implementing the Orissa Girls Incentive Programme (OGIP), set up to deliver the Government of India’s (GoI) new scholarship fund for disadvantaged Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe children. The United Kingdom’s Aid, Department for International Development (DFID) is providing financial and technical support to the Government of Odisha for effective implementation of OGIP. DFID has also contracted an Implementation and Technical Support Agency (ITSA) to support OHSP objectives. IPE Global Pvt. Ltd., in association with India Development Foundation and Mastek Ltd. acts as the ITSA.

 

IPE Global Pvt. Ltd, India on behalf of the DFID supported OGIP-ITSA, now invites Expression of Interests (EOIs) from organisations for the following assignment:

 

“Research and Evaluation Partner for Development and Implementation of a Strategy for Independent Impact Evaluation of the Odisha Girls Incentive Programme (OGIP)”

 

Interested organisations are invited to submit Expression of Interests (EoIs) for the above mentioned assignment along with the information as per the format prescribed in the Common Application Form 

 

Terms of Reference  

 

Completed profiles should be submitted by 1400 hrs on May 14, 2013 addressed to OGIP -ITSA, c/o – IPE Global Private Limited, B-84, Defence Colony, New Delhi – 110024, INDIA, with envelopes clearly marked “EOI for (name of the assignment) OR through email to ogip@ipeglobal.com with subject line clearly marked “EOI for (name of the assignment).

 

Organisations, which pass the pre-selection process, will be contacted and invited to submit detailed proposal. In case of any clarification, contact may only be established at the following email: ogip@ipeglobal.com . Deadline for raising clarification is May 8, 2013 and replies to all queries will be posted online on www.ipeglobal.com latest by May 9, 2013. Telephonic calls/in-person visits will not be entertained and may lead to disqualification.
