Note: - We request you to read the Scholarship application form carefully and fill in all the details accurately before submitting the forms to us. Trade license Family Income Proof 1. BPL card 2. Income certificate 3. Payslip of the immediate earning family member GET A HIGHER EDUCATION Documents for the application 2 passport size photographs. 1 attested photocopy of mark sheets and certificates. 1 attested photocopy of family income proof. 1 attested photocopy of admission proof. 1 copy of statement of purpose - which is an essay of not more than 250-300 words about yourself, your ambition in life and how you will achieve it. Renewal of Scholarship Past beneficiaries of the Fair & Lovely Foundation Scholarships can now renew their scholarships for more assistance in further education.
