Why are we running a Network Round 3 call?To contribute to the development of stronger, more inclusive movements for SRHR AmplifyChange seek proposals for Network Grants from Southern-based organisations capable of convening and supporting multiple small-to-medium sized civil society organisations – including AmplifyChange grantees – to build stronger, more inclusive and resilient movements. After almost two years of grant-making, AmplifyChange is now providing direct support to over 250 small-to-medium sized civil society organisations* through its Opportunity and Strengthening Grants. These grants aim to fuel the growth of a new generation of organisations and advocacy leaders, including youth-led, gender-rights groups, legal and health activists thereby contributing to the creation of more resilient, broad-based movements for SRHR based in the Global South. To nurture and coordinate national SRHR movements, we have identified a need for networks that can facilitate connections between civil society organisations, communities and decision-makers across sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Eligible OrganisationsThe eligibility criteria are:

What type of organisations are we looking to support? This funding round is primarily intended for southern-based organisations able to provide ongoing support, training and mentoring to cohorts of small-to-medium civil society organisations working at the national level in a single country, or sub-national level in large, federal countries – such as Nigeria, India, Pakistan – or across multiple countries within a region. The ultimate outcome of these grants will be stronger SRHR campaigns in Sub Saharan Africa and South Asia. Applications should propose an effective approach to ongoing monitoring and relationship-building with Civil Society organisations. This may include costs for creating physical connections including but not exclusively convening, mentoring or facilitating exchanges as part of establishing a stronger community of professional advocates and emerging leaders to SRHR including the development of career pathways for emerging leaders. The average annual budget of the lead applicant organisation over 3 years must be at least double the total value of the grant.
