MARGDARSI, the non-profit non-Govt. organization, registered under societies registration act XXI of 1860, has established the Institute of Health Sciences as the centre par excellence for providing the clinical/rehabilitation services to Persons with all kinds of disabilities. The Institute of Health Sciences has been running as a unit of MARGDARSI and avails registration and avails Registration under PWD Act, Juvenile Justice Act etc. Institute of Health Sciences is the referral hospital of Govt. of Odisha as declared as the Govt. gazette. Institute of Health Sciences is also declared as the State Nodal Agency Centre by National Trust for Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities. The Institute of Health Sciences caters to all kind of Intellectual Disabilities including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Specific Learning disability, Multiple Disabilities and those with Inadequate Speech & Language Development.
