Activities:
The objective of this program would be to find out the unemployed/unskilled/semi-skilled Population and train them effectively in their chosen field so as to make them employable in the long run. The project would also study the gap between the demand and the available manpower and would try to bridge the gap between the two but at the same time it would thrust on right man on the right job. The project team would also facilitate their placements in the nearby industries being the entire area of operation is fully covered by various Industries.
