To be the catalyst for transformation of the present generation into the Self reliant community starving towards the sustainable all inclusive rural and urban development through democratic, secular, humanistic, gender balanced, environment sensitive approach with complete commitment to the national and international policies and conventions.
MISSION
HIND’s Mission is to create enabling conditions for sustainable development based on livelihood, education, health, agriculture marketing, food security; for rural and urban communities, particularly poor rural families, disadvantaged sections of the society, children, and women.


Objectives
a. To work for Natural Resources Management (NRM) in rural and urban areas with the participation of the community members.
b. Awareness amongst the community members towards different development approaches, present conditions, policies.
c. To make available the opportunities of education for boys and girls including tribal, physically challenged and poorest of poor student.
d. To make available the health facilities for the basic health in the remote and rural areas and linking with the government health schemes.
e. To organize the different trainings and personality development programmes for rural youths.
f. To be part of the rehabilitation efforts by government and other agencies for the disaster affected families.
