Others NATURE:- ARMSWS is an apolitical, secular, non-profitmaking social welfare based philanthropic, grassroot level registered Non-Govt.Organization. The various service centred activities of armsws is executed by an autonomous committee of nine democratically elected/ selected Members for there years duration.After every there years intervals the Executive Body is formed in the Memorandum of Association. 16. MAIN OBJECTIVES :- i) To undertake welfare Project for the Old,Sick, handicapped and for the development of specially SC/ ST/socio-economically weaker women,Children and generalmass. ii) Organizing games and sports, Tournaments, Cultural Programmes, Functions and festivals etc. for physical, mental and cultural development in the locality inhabited by TRIBEL and backward people . Tomake people concious and conseientious about the Ieprosy, Aboration,(Birth Control) and killing female foetus, Aids/HIV etc to ensure a healthy society. iii) Accelerating socio-economic condition of the target people (weaker section of the Society through implementation of scientific,upgraded and updated technological know-how in Agriculture and village Industries, exploiting locally available resources. iv) Vocational Training, Skill Training To local Youth, women and other needy person for self-sufficiency with different time/place befitting Income Generation scheme. v) Promoting sympathy, fellow-feeling. co-ordination, co-operation and unity among the followers of different faith /ideology so as to evolove asource of socio-religious toleration and nurturing carefully the ageold, traditional idea of UNITY IN DIVERSITY. vi) Implementation of different welfare activities through youths,women with proper monitoring evoluation and creative programme among them to boost up their Leadership quality, confidence, self sufficency and togetherness. vi) Guiding the local youths/women towards a healthy and social goal through organizing Awareness Campaign, Seminars, Workshop,Study Group etc. vii) Making aclean, green and healthy germless atmosphere for living in the through organizing NEAC programme,social forestry, Three For life etc. Older people welfare(Rehabilitation,Counselling, Medical support &Legal Guidance, psychological co-opration etc . viii) Giving necessary relief tothe affected people in time of flood,Drought,famine,pestilence and oyher natural calamities. ix) Doing all social welfare activities including public Health,Road Development, Creche,NonFormal/PreSchool Education Centre, Condensed Course of Education for the poor and dropped out Children, Women and Men, Low Cost Latrine and Smokless Chullah for every househould ,Construction of low Cost House for destitutes, SC/ST/OBC/weaker section of the society. x) To open Charitable Dispensary, Welfare Centers,for Mother and Children ,Orphanage, Child &Adult Education Centre, Day Care Centre, Short Stay Home Etc. xi) Organizing programmes on Immunization,Health and Nutrirional consciousness, Familly welfare, Mother&Child Health, Training to child life development workers. xii) To chalk out all sorts of possible measures for the overall socio-economic development of the women, Children and general men. 17. PRESENT OPERATIONAL AREA :- (i) Nayagram, Gopiballavpur -I , Jamban, Sankrail and Kharagpur Block & Municipality under Paschim Medinipur in West Bengal. (ii) Jaleswar Block under Balasore District in Orissa to be served very soon. (8) OUR MISSION :-(i) Facilitating and ensuring universalization of elementary education, Primary Health and Minimum Needs/requirement for the rural,tribal and socio-economically backward Community of Bengal as well as India. Vision:- (i) To build an ideal INDIA where all people can get access to education, health Care, employment/income opportunities and Minimum/reasonable Requirements for a human being. And where every Indian can realize their full potential. (ii) To build an authentic and trusted Bridge between the dreams and aspirations of individuals who care about India and their realization. (iii) To build a professional and Philanthropic Organization that is secular, transparent, trust-worthy and accontable for all of its activities. |
