Objectives:
1. To catalyze women centered community based organizations.
2. To develop lateral linkages of CBOs with government and non-government resource agencies to fulfill their development needs.
3. To build capacity of NGOs and CBOs for women/ Adolescent empowerment.
4. To conduct issue based action research for promoting people’s centered policies for women empowerment.
