VISION :A Value Based Participatory Society having socio-economic equitability leading towards gender equitable society with Justice, peace and beauty aiming at a dignified quality of life for an environmentally sustainable society.
MISSION :
1. Inclusion of those who have been excluded through the socio-economic extinguished process from the Development Scenario.
2.To germinate the process of representation of all sections of the community in decision making and to make accessible of the inputs of development to the people aiming at good governance.
3.To promote livelihood enhancement entrepreneurship based on sound, environmental values to build an appropriate institutions having qualitative essence and strong financial mechanism for continuation and sustenance for better life living.
4.To be a good service provider for the poor, marginalized and backward sections of people, the SC, ST, OBC and Minority including women and children.
5.To impart 4 Es: Equality, Education, Empowerment, Environment among the target groups for enhancing good governance among them through capacity building for their empowerment in participation of the developmental process to be managed by themselves.
