i) To impart Health, Education and Provide Medical Care to rural people and train suitable candidates from among the rural youth preferably from weaker sections of Society (of both sexes) as Voluntary Health Workers.

ii) To take medical facility to the doorstep of the downtrodden, particularly among the rural people and to provide medical rehabilitation facilitate to them and to establish hospitals clinics at suitable places in order to serve their health needs.


iii) To stimulate people’s involvement in their reconstructive programmes and organize community action by creating common platform for their development with emphasis in building unity and making them capable of solving their own problems with mutual cooperation, trust, love and understanding by forming sanghams (small councils) and thus foster self-confidence, encourage sense of community and provide a positive vision of the future.

iv) To bring about awareness towards environment protection and participate wholeheartedly in improving ecological conditions.


v) To provide basic legal knowledge and help in legal matters with a view to bring about social justice and equanimity.

vi) To approach and / or apply to Central and State Governments, Social Welfare Departments / Boards and other departments for Schemes relating to Mother and Child Care, Opening of Creches, Balwadies, Training facilities for Rural Women, Promotion of Mahila Mandal Activities, games and women skills and welfare and obtain any schemes from the Departments of Governments concerned and opening of Youth Centres, Libraries and any Scheme meant for the development of weaker sections of the Society.


vii) To carry out Adult Education Programmes and Family Planning Programmes.
