OBJECTIVES 1. The objects for which the society is established are as follows and the same shall be done without distinction of casts, creed, or color. 2. To carry on medical and educational work and for that purpose to establish, endow, conduct, maintain, manage, equip, administer and carry medical institution. Nursing school, establishment works and activities, schools, colleges, hostels, boardings, houses, clinics, dispensaries, hospitals, nursing Homes, infirmaries etc. 3. To take over, establish, endow, develop, conduct, maintain, equip, carry on, improvise, alter and close down or dispose other medical and educational works and activities, irrespective of community, caste, religion or status. 4. To operate, maintain and from time to time alter extend or close down model or demonstration agricultural and poultry farms, small industries and life stock breeding deemed useful for any purpose or purposes of the society and which will be in the nature of training centres with – out any motive of profit. 5. To provide residential accommodation, either free of cost or for consideration, and to educate, train and assist financially or otherwise in the education training of teacher, nurses, social workers, staff, students, orphans, and other personnel for the purposes of society. 6. To raise funds and to receive and use any gift, donation or foundation in case or other movable property of all, descriptions, and to undertake and carry out the offices, due duties and functions of trustees, managers and administrators solely or jointly with others, in respect of any such gifts, donations and foundations whether vested in the society or otherwise. 7. To subscribe or give donations to and financially or otherwise to aid any other charity with similar objects. 8. To do all such other lawful acts and deeds as or essential or conducive to the attainment of the objects of the society.
