VJJS has a vision “to create a self reliant tribal society, where benefiting families are made capable to an extent through awareness building, concentration and education to make them able to manage their own lives and environment within sustain development process". The mission of the organization is “Preparing local communities to take up the responsibilities of self development by incepting self confidence and impart power in them through mass awakening”. 1. To create atmosphere for development of the people who are socio-economically backward living in remote areas of the district provide them an opportunity for their self development. 2. To study various aspects of rural development and prepare plans to solve their problems through local initiative with active community participation. 3. Take activities likes trainings, programmes, awareness camps, seminar, exposure visits, ICT campaigns to disseminate information related to various developmental schemes implemented by government, strengthening village level organization. 4. To create livelihood opportunities in agriculture by improving agriculture practices, introducing innovative techniques and high value crops. 5. To empower resource poor families by developing SHGs and providing them livelihood linkages.
