Vision: NGMVS realize if that in all development process, women’s. Participation must be ensured and commonly involvement and active participation is essential for sustain ability of the programmes and balanced development. Our organization gives priority to under privileged and marginalized groups. Objectives:

 To campaign against poverty, inequality, exploitation, injustice and ignorance

 To work towards economic empowerment of the communities by encouraging sustainable agricultural practices and livelihoods

 To create awareness and organize rural poor about their rights duties and responsibilities by providing information about various schemes and entitlements

 To provide and encourage educational opportunities to the children of the communities  To improve health and sanitation facilities for the rural poor

 To strengthen local self-governance institutions and train women representatives in leadership development.

 Work towards community bases rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the communities and extend assistance to the people in distress. Mission: Our mission is transformation development of the people and areas through participatiory approach and practices on sustained basis.
