Zo EDENDK-35, Dinthar - I Activities:
Welfare,Others (i) Food self-reliance in Mizoram. (ii) To provide effective sources of income to the below poverty line and Mizo farmers in assisting, financing, supporting in grants, loans without interest, jobs and marketings. (iii) To set up, establish, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or help the Mobile Health check up Camps, Medical Assistance, Health Care Centres, Diagnostic Centres, Charitable Dispensaries and Hospitals in backward areas and in urban areas for the below poverty line. (iv) To work for the promotion of education & to establish educational institutions in backward areas. (v) To accept loans, contributions, grants, aids and donations in cash and or in kind from individuals, Joint Stock Companies, Firms, Trusts and Foundations, State and Central Governments, National and International and any other bodies to the Society for the capital expenses as well as to form income to meet recurring and incidental expenses concerning the aims and objects of the Society or for any specific purpose. (vi) To accumulate the income of the society or any part thereof for such period(s) and purpose(s) as the society may deem fit and invest the unutilized fund of the society in the modes as specified in section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act of 1961 or such other mode as may be prescribed in the Income Tax Act pertaining to charitable societies. |
