The Organisation has been registered as an NGO under the Societies Act, during the year 2006 Reg. No. 1627/2006/IV. The primary objective of this firm is preventing atmosphere pollution, by managing Solid Waste Management for a greener and cleaner atmosphere. The Organisation has undertaken solid waste management work, in Panchayats, Townships, Municipalities and Corporations of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and West Bengal as per the conventions and guidelines of the United Nations Organisation. House to House collection of domestic waste, grading and conversion of waste to wealth are the unique features of the organization.

The Organisation has now established a Bio Methanisation plant, for conversion of organic waste to bio fuel for generation of cooking gas and electricity. The manure generated is used to raise nurseries, organic farming and ornamental flower gardening activities. It is also initiated the process of manufacturing briquettes from leaf litter thus creating value from leaf wastes, which is otherwise is burnt in Urban areas. The activities of the Organisation is focused on the prevention of global warming and greening the cities. In under to mitigate the adverse effects of Global warming greening the cities is the ultimate solution, so that green environment is ensured.
