To eradicate the social evils like child labour,childmarriage and child abuse including custom or practices of non-attachment or careless with children. To provide Life skill education to all adolescent children to ensure their growth appropriate manner and interpersonal relationship with family and others.. To provide vocational trainning to boys and and girls, skill development support trainings for men and women to sustain their skills ,and facilitate to ensure capacity for their economic progress. To create opportunities and facilities to arrest the migration of Wakri community and bonded labour condition Of Irula Tribal Community. To make efforts to strengthen their community based organization and to promote women self-help groups at all level.in all Wakri and Irula Tribal Settlements. To facilitate the Wakri and Irula Tribal Community to realize their political aspiration and to participate in Panchayat Raj activitiesand local governence. To make effective ways and means to Wakri and Irula Tribal Community to participate the monitoring activities of the project implementation. To implement cultural program activities with the cooperation of Wakri and Irula Tribal Youths to ensure social integration.
