Answesha Ekabinsha is a people-based and people-oriented NGO at the grass-root level. The main objective of the organization is to improve the living condition of the poorer section of the society with a prime focus on the needy and neglected women and children. The genesis of the organization dates back to 1998. The organization was set up in the year 1998 by a band of sincere and dedicated youth of the locality. The organization has been registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. The organization is at present working in different slum areas in Kolkata and also in different rural areas in Paschim Medinipur and North 24 Parganas district in West Bengal.
