Dear Sir/ Madam,
SUB:- Request for contribution & Donations – Deaf & Dumb school cum Orphanage-Reg…… we, the people of Sarojini Devi Memorial Society ,Savalyapuram (post & mandal ),Guntur (District), A-P, India ,bring to your kind notice and favourable action the following Our society was established in the year 2000 .With the objectives of helping the disabled and the orphans in the rural community. At present our society provides education for deaf & dumb as well as for the orphans .The present strength of the school is 82. For all the children. We provided food & shelter , educations. Besides looking after each and every need of the children .The total expens of the school is nearly 1 Laksh in Indian rupees per a month . OUR FEATURES:- * Hostel facility is provided for the disabled and for the orphans on free of cost. * Qualified staff for teaching the childrens . * Audio -metric ,Group hearing aids machinary ,voice light ,speech trainer mission for developing the deaf & dumb childrens speech and education . * Looking after each and every need of the children . * Aims at providing life setelement in the future ofter co of their schooling. OUR REQUEST:- The society has been functioning in a smooth way for the Last 10 years with its exesting sources and through local donations . For the last 6 months, we have been facing utter financial crisis because of lack of donations and scarcity of funds . As we don’t have permanent donar ,it has become very difficult to raise donations every month .In this Hour of need some unknown force has driven us to write to you .we sincerely request you that to please extend your help . We also request you to attach us a permanent donar if possible . sir , as you know disability is not a curse . It is just a Misfortune .some are born physically handicapped due to accidents .The rich can get on with their disability .But the poor have to struggle hard to make both ends meet . The disabled need a fair treatment . They should be treated on par with others. They don’t need mercy. What they need is opportunities to over come their hurdles .society should help then by providing them work and jobs. CONCLUSION:- As a conclusion we sincereyaly request you that please once visit our organization a long with the donar if any.. we also request you to extend as per your existing conditions . we are sure that you will certainly be moved by the pitible and pathetic plight of these children .our vision and mission will definately be achieved by your firm determination, , deditation, , devotion , will power and by your service motto.
