Mission: Improving opportunities for marginalized communities to engage in sustainable livelihood and be safe from trafficking through access to information,education, health,training, rescue and rehabilitation as required.

Vision: A just Society where marginalized communities have equal opportunity to live a dignified life.

Objectives: 1. We aware, Sensitization and mobilise the community on human trafficking, unsafe migration, health & hygiene. 2. Education for All is our major objective that helps to promote good environment and healthy society. 3. The children are our future nation builder; we provide Care & protection, shelter, food, health care, education and create opportunity for their development. 4. We conduct training programs for capacity building and skill enhancements of vulnerable communities and women for socio – economic and cultural development. 5. We participate to rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration of survival and distress women living in difficult circumstances. 6. Community mobilization for food security and self-reliant, skill enhancement and livelihood through improved water structure and agriculture development. 7. To empower community, women, children, adolescent and youth for social change and holistic development of the society. 8. Utilization and management of human and natural resources with focus on non-forest produce (NFP) for sustainable development. 9. We initiate innovative process for promoting education, health, water, sanitation and hygiene. 10. We promote local viable and ecofriendly appropriate technologies for poverty eradication, drudgery of women to save energy, water, vegetation preservation and conservation of environment. 11. We work to develop social entrepreneurship and create new opportunities for needy with skill enhancement. 12. We are committed to work on Human Rights, Tribal Rights, people with disabilities, children, women, and youth, elderly. 13. We encourage people to preserve and promote indigenous / tribal art, culture and identity. 14. Research and documentation on developmental issues for building strategies and finding innovative, cost effective solutions for scalability and sustainable. 15. We convey people to build linkages and collaboration with various development actors for lobby advocacy and policy changes. 16. Adoption of new technologies and development with positive changes
