To support and supplement developmental works within the framework of international laws, treaties, policies, patents, Intellectual Property Rights etc. To promote the role of local communities as a necessary innovator and implementer of sustainable development. To generate, analyze, publish and disseminate proper information towards enhancement of living conditions of the target communities.
