Vision:
To work for the empowerment of the poor with an intention of a pro-poor model of development especially keeping the most marginalized communities of the society in mind. In re-defining the development paradigm from the vantage point of the poor, CRED members work with publicly-spirited persons who are otherwise feeling rudderless and directionless to channelize their creative energy and enthusiasm for social, political and economic reconstruction.

ii. To form forums for the welfare of the poor senior citizens.
iii. To impart non-formal education.
iv. To encourage organic and bio-diversity farming.
v. To network and coordinate with Government and other likeminded NGOs.

vii. To build political awareness with regard to the formation of Civil Societies.
viii. To implement sustainable livelihood programmes for the poor.
