Training Program on ‘Social Entrepreneurship Development Skills’

Bala Vikasa PDTC is pleased to organize a three day Training Program on ‘Social Entrepreneurship Development Skills’ from 17th  – 19th March, 2014 at Bala Vikasa PDTC  premises exclusively to help the members of Non-Governmental Organization to understand the tools fake louis vuitton and methods on Social Entrepreneurship to venture into small scale businesses that will bring about a change in their personal life as well as in the community. (Bala Vikasa PDTC is located 150 kms from Hyderabad the capital city of Andhra Pradesh).

Introduction:The myth that ‘entrepreneurs are born’ no more holds good rather it is well recognized that they can be created and nurtured through appropriateinterventions in the form of training programme.

Entrepreneur is a person who discovers new ideas and business prospects, brings together funds to establish a business, organizes and manages its operations in order to provide economic goods, services and development for the people.

Entrepreneurs need to have strong convictions, self-motivation, the ‘will’ to grow and prosper tremendously and also the courage to go bankrupt if they fail in their venture. But in majority of cases they start with nothing and end with positive results through entrepreneurial abilities.

Entrepreneurship creates employment and it constitutes socio economic development, pools the local resources constituting to regional development thus reducing the social tension in the community and reduces the pace of migration of rural youth.

Course Objectives:

•       To enhance the managerial capacities of the entrepreneurs by using the local
       resources and their talents and contributing to
       social responsibility
•       To develop decision making powers and risk taking capabilities
•       To  motivate the entrepreneurs  and play an important role in their 
       individual development for their families and community at large
•       To develop linkage between entrepreneurship and development institutions
       to  pave way for speedy development

Course Content:

•      Concept, nature, scope and characteristics of entrepreneurship
•      Qualities of entrepreneurship (inner control, risk taking, innovative,change         oriented, persistent and ability to manage change)
•       Communication  and Business management skills
•       Motivation, planning, marketing and accounting skills,
•       Identification of business prospects
•       Legal and banking knowledge
•       Government schemes

Course Language: English

Training Methodology:

The emphasis would be on participatory learning methods. The training will be imparted through lecture, simulation exercises, demonstration, brainstorming, group discussion and audio visual films.
 
Award of Certificate: The participants will be awarded a certificate of participation on completion of the course.
 
Program Cost: The total program cost is Rs.4500. But in order to encourage and support NGO’s we are providing 50% scholarship. You are requested to pay only Rs.2250 towards Registration and program fee. This amount should be sent by DD drawn in favour of “Bala Vikasa People Development Training
Centre” and dispatch the same by post / courier.

BV-PDTC will reimburse maximum up to Rs.1000 towards TA expenses on the submission of their original tickets (second class fare only).
 
To encourage the participation of NGOs in capacity building programs, Bala Vikasa PDTC provides food and boarding – (Non A/C rooms 3 sharing basis) within the premises of PDTC, at its own cost.
