Request for Proposal (RFP):Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP) is funded by International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and State Government of Uttarakhand. The overall objective (goal) of ILSP is to reduce poverty enabling rural households to take up sustainable livelihood opportunities and integrate with the wider economy.  Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS) is implementing Component 1 (Food Security and Livelihood Enhancement) of the project in 37 hill blocks of Almora-#10, Bageshwar-#3, Pithoragarh-#3, Chamoli-#6, Tehri-#5, Uttarakashi-#5, Rudrapryag-#2, Pauri-#1 and Dehradun-#2.

 

Under the Challenge Fund, Innovative Action Research sub-projects to be implemented in the project area could be supported by the project to achieve its objectives. Interested and competent institutions/ agencies, government/ non-government and private organisations may submit their proposals to “The Project Director, UGVS, #216, Phase 2, Panditwari, Dehradun” so as to reach by August 10, 2015 on or before 5 PM.  Details about the RFP and Guidelines for submitting the proposals can be downloaded from the project website www.ugvs.org.
