Our Vision:
Vision of our organization is to establishing a new social order in which all people are free from all types’ oppressions and live equal citizens.
Mission: our mission is educating, organizing and creating capacities to the marginalized sections of people to desired social change.
OBJECTIVES:
Our main objectives are
i. To provide awareness to the weaker sections of women, youth and men on their social, economic and cultural situation.
ii. To enable the marginalized women, men and youth to emerge as SHGs, JLGs and federations.
iii. To facilitate the groups to-wards acquiring knowledge and skills on socio, economic and cultural development through their own actions and initiatives.
iv. To enable oppressed women and youth to start and run micro – credit programmes.
v. To provide knowledge and skills on agricultural development with special focus on Bio agricultural method.
vi. To facilitate marginalized women, men and youth to improve their income through agricultural and its allied activities.
vii. To focus on child education and child development.
Structure of the Organization:
Our organization is a women headed organization started for women and endowers towards women emancipation. All most all our programmes are centered on women emancipation and women empowerment.
Our 9 board members meet once in 6 months to discuss our programmes, activities and to plan strategies in the process of women up-liftment. Among the 9 members 6 are women and the key posts are held with women. There are 7 staff members in SCORE organization to work for the organization among them 4 are women and 3 are men.
