Shri Chaitanya Ji, along with 9 trustees from eminent fields of society. All the founder members and the trustees were motivated by the common urge to empower the underprivileged and the poor to attain sustainable growth through capacity building, human values enhancement and utilizing the existing resources. The trust vision evolved under the inspiring guidance of the Principal Trustee Shri Chaitanya Ji Who is great leader in social work. Core belief of organization is ?One for All and All for One?; without discrimination of colour, caste, creed and religion. The focus is to maintain harmony among the human beings at all level of society specially for the unprivileged people and promote sustainable growth along with equity, social justice and equal participation. PCFT was formed with a purpose of empowering the rural human resources awaking and making aware so that their energy could be utilized in to positive direction.
