Parvatiya Aranya Sewa Evam Vikas Sansthan (PASS) is a well known name among the rural Kumaun. Our skills in community development, understanding of Himalayan geography and communities, varied experiences with partner agencies, managing of multidimensional programmes are our programmatic strengths. A committed and experienced board of directors is our administrative strength. Our more than two decades of experience in portrays us an organisation of strengths. Moreover being an organisation established in the year 1997 at Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand, India), registered under society registration act 1860 and also registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, besides under the Income Tax Act 12AA & 80G and CSR gives us a firm legal foundation. Vision: The vision of organisation is to enhance and upgrade them to the scenario regarding Environmental conservation, good health facilities, excellent educational institutions, healthy living and sustainable livelihoods. Mission: To empower and improve the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged people in the PASS working area, through sustainable livelihood, health, education, sanitation & clean drinking water, animal welfare and technology programmes. Core Values: Commitment, Partnership, Diversity, Empowerment. Broad Strategic Framework: The orgainsation uses four or five strategic approaches to accomplish its mission and drive toward vision. Goals and action plans usually flow from each strategy.
