Objectives of Himalayan Chetna NGO Himalayan Chetna NGO is committed to social development, with a focus on empowering communities, especially in rural areas. Its key objectives include:

1. Education & Skill Development Provide quality education and coaching for competitive exams to underprivileged students. Conduct skill development training, especially for women and youth, to enhance livelihood opportunities.

2. Women Empowerment Organize training programs for women in income-generating activities like mushroom cultivation and leaf plate (Dona Pattal) making. Promote self-reliance and financial independence among women through entrepreneurship support.

3. Environmental Conservation Encourage tree plantation and environmental awareness campaigns. Support sustainable farming practices and natural resource management.

4. Livelihood Enhancement Facilitate employment-oriented training under NABARD and other government schemes. Provide support to small-scale rural entrepreneurs to improve their businesses.

5. Social Welfare & Awareness Conduct awareness programs on health, hygiene, and nutrition. Support community welfare initiatives, including meal distribution in English medium schools. Himalayan Chetna NGO strives to create a positive impact on society through education, empowerment, and sustainable development.
