To contribute insights to policy makers as well as elected representatives to empower them to cater to the needs of the people better. To constructively engage with the state and its functionaries about citizen rights and to seek to redress these through lawful means. To take research results to people to ensure meaningful debate. To create awareness and sensitize its stakeholders by disseminating research findings through various media.
