Education INTRODUCTION :- PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI is eight years old non-profit organization making NGO, based in Bhopal conducting work on social development and implementing welfare program in the field of education, employment generation, poverty alleviation, health, water and sanitation and capacity building for women networks. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI – considers employment and networking of the poor one of the its major goal and objective, empowerment can be one of the basics that can enable groups to improve their condition through socio-economic development program. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI- process to reach the neglected segment of rural population and target them as a priority by finding our way in to remote and areas to identify the poorest of the communities their isolation, luck of assets and vulnerability. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI- propose to engage the poor in capacity-building activities as a major components in the program and activities as a major components in the program and the lay foundation for creating local groups having common interests through federation coalitions networks advance their interests to over come their poverty. FOCUS AREA PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI has been focusing mainly since its foundation towards preventive and curative treatment of development groups, community mobilization, advocacy and development programs for the depraved section of the society and covering the whole of the Bhopal M.P. in its area of operation.. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI is engaged in the effective Spread of education and literacy related programs. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI is engaged in spread And Awareness of health and hygiene including in ICH programs. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI is working in for improving basic health facilities in its are of operation, which is quite and remote and backward. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI is deeply involved in women empowerment and child development programs. PIONEER SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI is committed toward poverty alleviation especially campaigning against illegal child labour as also promotion of dignity of labour. THE MAJOR OBJECTIVE : To establish and run the institutes and public welfare and also provide effective support to already existing institutions. < To help in implementation and also direct the various project of public welfare taken up by the state as will as central Govt. from time to time. < To make aware illiterate and weaker section of the society about the various programs, scheme and constitutional safe guards information related to their development and help to seek guard’s information related their development and help seek benefit to their for their up-liftmen. < To form SHGs for the rural SC/ST/OBC and impart self employment oriented technical training programs, besides enlightening them about their right. < To create awareness and provide training in regard to public health, family welfare aids, balanced nutrition, handicraft etc. in rural area. < To foster education for girls, family life education to eligible teenagers and neoliterate. < To direct various activities towards conservation of natural resource and it management, availability of pure drinking water in rural area. < To inform citizens of their fundamental right on consumer education. < Arrange entrepreneurial training in rural area. < Empowerment of PR is ensure participation of public representative and up gradation of Gram Sabhas Committee and subcommittees, socially, educationally challenged, training and making them self-development, service the aging and the destitute by providing the shelter. < To fight the ever increasing drug addiction in the society and strive hard to rehabilitate the youth already in the clutches of drugs by organization of various programs and projects. < To contribute towards the management of ground water level and its increase. Making people aware of its impotence and also creating a sense of cleanliness among the citizens. < setting up of service branches in the district/tehsile under the area of operation of the society through which is above goals would be pursued. < Providing vocational training to the NGOs so that they acquire the ability to implement properly the various development programs.
