Participatory Human Rights Advancement Society (PHRAS) was established With a view to provide basic Rights/facilities/welfare and amenities to the people, including Drug Addicts, and in field of basic Health, basic Education, Elimination of Child Labor, Sanitation, Water Supply, Women Development, Environmental Protection and Fighting against Violation of Human Rights .PHRAS is trying to do more for the poor and vulnerable people of the area with valuable cooperation.
