OUR VISION. “To empower youth to make positive impact on their communities through education, health initiatives, gender equity and environmental sustainability.” MISSION STATEMENT The Mission Statement of Youth Advocates Ghana is to impact Ghana’s development by providing the framework and support that will allow the youth and young professionals of Ghana to engage in the social, educational and economic development of themselves and ultimately Ghana as a whole. GOALS/OBJECTIVES 1. To build the capacity of young people, promoting gender equality by empowering women to get involve in decision and policy making process. 2. To provide innovative, science-based effective health education on HIV/AIDS, malaria, drug abuse, hygiene and general healthcare for young people. 3. To provide a forum of discussion for local or national and international issues. 4. To provide training and support to young people to nurture their potentials to open up their opportunities to engage in the workforce. 5. To contribute to environmental sustainability by creating awareness, providing education and support to protect, promote and sustain the environment.
