The aim and objectives of sparsha for which registered as follows: a) To carry on various activities in the field of youth development, b) To promote sports and gymnastic among the youths, c) To undertake health & sanitation services, mother& child health care services, pollution controllers. d) To work for creation of National Integration attitude among the Rural Youths. e) To develop consciousness among youths against social evils such as Dowry, un touch ability, drug addictions etc. .f) To promote vocational training for self employment for rural youth. g) To sponsor or help to sponsor/ organize training programs for social workers/ artisans/ agriculturistsfor better method of production of management of stores and other subjects. h) To celebrate important days of national and international importance, Birthday/ Death anniversaries of great men/ states men of India. i) To undertake activities relating of the development of environment and eco-restoration. j) To undertake and help the development of livestock resources including fisheries and k) To arrange irrigation facilities for agriculture by way of setting lift irrigation of small/ minor irrigation projects from tanks, wells and canals for more agricultural yields I) To work for the popularization of bio-gas plant and smokeless Chula in the rural area minors m) To work to enable the youth to develop awareness on environment culture and oneself n) Organize activities for the preservation of cultural heritage especially of the rural areas o) To develop among the non student youths as well as rural youths such aptitude and skill to enable them to become active citizen of the nation p) To prevent the migration of rural youth to cities. q) To educate of impart knowledge on modern technology. r) To create awareness about communicable diseases like tuberculosis, AIDS, leprosy etc. t) To work for spread of education like NFEs, crèches, balwadis and vocational training s) To work for the empowerment and self-employment to rural/ tribal women with emphasis to disable, u) distressed, destitute women of rural area. v) To promote cottage and small scale industries. w) To work for the eradication of social evils like women atrocities, drug and liquor. x) To protect the interest of the SC/ ST and women and neglected groups of society. y) To work for the national integration. z) To work for the promotion of rural/ tribal and culture and tradition
