The proposed Residential School will be situated in the villages situated in Jawadhu Hills In Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, Tamil Nadu, India and these residential schools will be in a cluster of villages where there is real need and which are easily accessible by the village people of the selected villages. These residential schools will be in villages where all the basic amenities like water, fresh air and enough open space for building are available.
• Agro-forestation and reforestation by planting trees and fruit trees in each and every house
• Awareness on climate change by audio-visual methods, distribution of pamphlets, placards rallies, seminars and workshops etc.
• Modernization methods to increase Agricultural output
• Build check dams in the streams running through forest to prevent water wastage
• Create awareness among target people on conservation, protection and prevention of environment through audio-visual methods
• Awareness on Organic farming and organic agriculture methods and benefits
• Awareness on Perma culture, Vermi compost and water sustainability to saplings during summer season
