To Eradicate Untouchability, Caste Based Discrimination And Atrocities Against The Dalits In India. It Is To Ensure Equality And Equal Rights For All.
To Provide A Better Future For The Marginalized And Vulnerable Sections Of Indian Society. D.L.F Aims To Empower Dalits, To Enable Them Realize Their Rights Through Education, Social Awareness By Collective Action. Certain Communities In The Country Were Suffering From Extreme Social, Economic, Political And Educational Backwardness Arising Out Of Age-Old Practice Of Untouchability, Discrimination Based On Caste, Primitive Agricultural Practices, Lack Of Infrastructure Facilities And Geographical Isolation, And Who Need Special Consideration For Safeguarding Their Interests And For Their Accelerated Socio-Economic And Political Development.

We Ensure Social, Economical And Political Liberation, Empowerment And Upliftment Of Dalits. And Envision A Society In India Where Dalit Communities Live With Dignity, Self Respect, And Have Equal Opportunity And Social And Economic Justice. To Liberate The Dalits And The Vulnerable Sections Of Society By Bringing About A Structural Change In Their Socio-Economic And Political Life.

The Goal Is To Nurture And Strengthen Grassroot Level Organizations, Thereby Strengthening The Dalit Movement. To Accomplish Our Mission, We Support Groups And Individuals Engaged In The Struggle For Social Change And Promote And Encourage Dalit Leaders, Working To Create A Public Understanding Of Equality, Rights And Dignity. We Provide Small Grants To Individuals And Organizations Working On The Issues Of Advocacy, Education, Self- Governance And The Enhancement Of Dalit Leadership
