Description:    Pursuant to the authority granted with the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, the United States Government, represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID), Global Health Bureau (GH), Office of Maternal Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN), is seeking applications from eligible institutions for the implementation of the NGO Polio Eradication Project, detailed in Section I of the RFA. USAID expects to issue one cooperative agreement by May 1st, 2017. The level of funding allocated for this project will not exceed $74 million over a five-year implementation period. A cost share minimum amount of 10% of the cooperative agreement projected value is required under this RFA.
