Kinship Fellows- intensive in residence instruction
Learn how to shape the future of conservation practice. Shift your perspective. At Kinship, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with principles and practices that can improve the way we interpret and respond to complex environmental conservation problems. Our curriculum uses a case study approach to directly experience and evaluate market-driven conservation practices through interactive discussions, system-thinking exercises, and peer learning sessions. Each week, the introduction of new cases will build across three areas:
leadership, communication, and business and finance principles. How to effectively measure impact will further integrate curriculum across each of these areas. Fellows will learn to identify critical strategies and methods to implementing innovative conservation projects, as well as to determine the risks, obstacles, and opportunities for sustaining positive change.
