AIM: Motto of organization is to create on environment of socialization and cultural Understanding, equitable distribution of wealth and mutual help, social justice, peace, love and humanity. M I S S I O N: In order to realize the vision, PARIVARTANA endeavours to optimize the potentials of the marginalized and poor communities in state of vulnerability through their own willful participation and viable measures of organized and planned collective social action to claim, avail and enjoy their rightful share of power, status and resources. OBJECTIVES: • To promote people oriented development through “People Organization”. • Taping various Government and Non-Government resources in meeting various welfare development aptitudes of the poor populace of various walks of life. • To improve the employability through skill development trainings and self reliance schemes. • To restore the environment and natural resources through people’s awareness drives. • To ensure the health of the common populace. • To build-up independent attitude, self-determination, responsibility of the participation in the process of problems solving and decision making among the poor. • To implement various schemes in relation to youth, women and children welfare and development. â— To promote functional literary among the illiterates. â— To promote rural reconstruction activates for restoring releasing and reforming rural heritage. â— Avail loans from National Banks and Financial Institutions, On-lending, Micro, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, Enterprises and Rural credit, Bank linkages. Facilitator Correspondent and last mile linkages for credit facilities to SHGs, JLGs, Individuals, CBOs, NGOs and NPOs mechanism and institution for the rural and urban poor. â— To organize programs for the welfare of Senior Citizens, Tribal People and Slum Dwellers. â— To plan and implement project for the welfare rural and urban poor. OVERALL OBJECTIVE: To empower and reduce vulnerability of rural communities in drought-prone areas leading to a better quality of life in defined periods of time. In the process ensure that women do not remain under-represented in decision-making process and their achievements remain invisible and unacknowledged and their voices unheard.
