The primary focus of STDMS is on the problem of the marginalized in their struggle to obtain a life justice dignity and identity. Empowerment of the community for self- governance, environment stabilization, education, capacity building programmed, health awareness and community development & community participation are the most important components its mission. Gender justice, gender equality, empowerment of women livelihood security, health facilities are our primary areas of concern. ï¶ VISION/MISSION/AIMS AND OBJECTIVE 1.VISSION ï¶ A society free of untouchability and discrimination, A healthy and wealthy environment among Indian community. Create impact on poverty by increasing access to financial, social, legal, political, educational and etc. by marginalized. 2.MISSION ï¶ LIVELIHOOD ï¶ “Enhance sustainable livelihood of marginalized” ï¶ EDUCATION ï¶ “All children, adolescent and adult will learn, grow and develop to realize their full potential”. 3.HEALTH AND FOOD SECURITY ï¶ To promote generation awareness among community regarding betterment of health related issues. Reduce infant under five and maternal mortality rate. Awareness about food security like nutrition value, balance food, low cost nutritious food. 4. AIMS/OBJECTIVES  To promote development work by providing all types of assistance.  To providing technical assistance managerial skills unreached by the formal financial system.  To enhancement livelihood opportunity and poverty eradication, to under take different activities on slums, jj clusters on other colonies development to improve the socio-economic life of the poor and marginalized.  Provide assistance to individuals, institutions, corporate body, public or local authorities for marginalized development and employment generation activities.  To make adequate arrangements and run the rehabilitation center for destitute, windows, elderly, poor, baggers, and disable persons for their socio-economic uplift-ment.  To establish manage various kinds of educational, cultural, social, welfare and vocational training centers in the field of industrial scientific, , medical technical, agricultural research training center to introduce and develop professional as per Govt. rules for poor and marginalized.  To establish and run schools/education center with an object to provide education for non-school going children, elderly who here interest to study.  To start welfare programme for children. 7. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA Organization have able to work across the country but at present working in Sultan Puri, Delhi north-west district, and covering the area namely Mangol Puri, Rohini, Prem Nagar, Nagloi, Kirari Village, karan Vihar, Aman Vihar and many more 9.
