In Costa Rica APRONAD believe that the best way to raise awareness in the population is participatory to encourage voluntary cooperation. Because we know the needs of many communities we work with people to help them solve their own needs, encouraging self-involvement and commitment to get involved in developing their own projects and ideas of progress. In this sense our NGO proposes, but also listens and develops its projects in partnership with community leaders and stakeholders, based on specific needs, increasing the feasibility of labor and thus hoping to get more specific results.
