15.The society can carry on the activities which are human education, Maintenance of Animal shelter and water troughs.Maintenance of veterinary dispensary,Mobile Animal Clinic and ABC operations.

24.Amendments to Memorandum of association shall be carry out after obtaining prior permission of Commissioner of Income _tax.
25.The activities of the society will be carry out in India only and no activities of society shall be carry out if the territory if INDIA.
