AIM:
To promote the 5000 community based citizen ’s development organization through their organized powerful & collective action, research, training & Documentation towards freedom on human rights & social justice in the society during 2017-2036.
OBJECTIVES:
 To educate the commitment, enthusiastic individual & the need based community to be aware of their problems & solve them with the resources available through their collective action & Power.
 To promote integrated development through systematic, time bound & Progress oriented with specific aims, Plans, confidence & preference of the people.
 To promote employment schemes, savings (self help groups) Co-operatives among the people through participatory learning & implementation basic to all..
 To cooperate & collaborate with others state , country development programmes to educate the youth on national integration , family welfare, education for all , health for all , population control , environment protection & promotion, women sensitization , equity & fraternity among the nation & citizenship .
 To facilitate & support people to undertake & various development progress such as land development, agricultural techniques, watershed management & socio – economic project etc.
 To promote & facilitate establishment of people’s organizations , village action committees ,women’s associations & youth forums in view of enabling their active participation in the planning & implementation of all social development programmes .
 To motivate & involve youth to identify & help eradicate social evils like dowry , bonded labour , child labour, low wage , un- touch ability , alcoholism , illiteracy & superstition etc to create a new just society .
 To collect different categories of books , journals , book lets , magazines , literature & any other learning materials, such as historical , geographical , scientifically , research basis training & experimental knowledge & skills of the ancient & modern writers , poet etc .
 To publish magazines, journals, books & other experiences learning & case study materials etc , with products of creative & innovative thoughts & methods.
 To conscientise & organize different folks on issue based activities for effective participation in the Socio – Economic political spheres at both micro & macro levels ,
 To organize study classes, popular theatre, development communication medias, leadership & management trainings communication medias for problem – oriented empowerment activities.

 To collect the funds from government (Central , State ) N.G.O , funding Agencies insist on people’s participation in the planning & implementation of the development projects like OK & VIB/KVIC , MVSN,SIDB,CSWAB, OSWB, RMK, NYK,DIC / DC IO,CAPART & NABARD etc
 To incurs / borrows the funds from micro credit /finance institutions/ banks , Rastriya Mahila Kosh & other departments.
 The institution shall implement Khadi/V.I./Khadi & V.I. activities as per the
o Guidelines issued by the KVIC to improve the economic moral and social
o Standards of villagers in the area of operation of the institution.
 To start, encourage, assist and carry on such other activities which are incidental for implementation of KVI programmes.
 The institution shall borrow the funds/loans/grants from the Commission/KVIB/Bank for implement the KVI activities.
 The institution shall create the equitable mortgage and hypothecation deed of immovable / movable properties in favor of the Commission/Board/Financial Institution.
 The institution shall take the loan/grants from Banks/other financial institutions on the basis of ISEC issued by Board/Commission.
 Institution will provide tools & equipments to individual artisans after obtaining loan from KVIC/Banks in the bye-laws of the institution.
 The institution provides nomination of adequate representative in the Managing Committee of the institution from people belonging to SC/ST, Minorities,Women and artisans
