DREAMS (Development and Research for Education, Agriculture, and Medical Services) is a non-governmental organization that was established in 2022 with a vision to promote social justice, equality, and empowerment through our work in the Education, Agriculture, and Medical Development sectors. Our mission is to create a more just and equitable society by addressing the challenges faced by individuals and communities in these crucial areas of society. We believe that by providing access to quality education, promoting sustainable agriculture practices, and ensuring access to quality healthcare services, we can help individuals and communities reach their full potential. At DREAMS, we are committed to promoting sustainable development practices that ensure the long-term well-being of individuals and communities. Our projects are designed to be environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable.
Objectives:
- To work for education, residential school, moral-education for the poor and backward people (mainly scheduled tribes, scheduled castes, disabled, old and women) of rural and urban areas.
- To work for population growth, child marriage, gender discrimination, malnutrition and drug-de-addiction among the youth in rural and urban areas from social point of view.
- To provide self-employment training, to set up training centers to make boys and girls and women of rural and urban areas self-reliant.
- To work for providing livelihood opportunities to the people of rural and urban areas, individually and collectively in the field of agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, training.
- To create awareness for integrated and organic agriculture in rural and urban areas, work in the field of environmental protection, bio-energy and solar-energy etc.
- To provide training in the small-industry (handicrafts, handloom etc.) sector for the people in rural and urban areas and to work for development and marketing along with providing livelihood opportunities.
- Organizing camps, providing medical advice and working for their improvement while making the people of rural areas aware of health and cleanliness.
- To do survey and placement works of government, semi-government development planning works in rural and urban areas.
- To make coordinated development through public participation in rural and urban areas.
