Training & capacity building Advocacy & Networking Awareness Generation The Team : SOLUTION has more than 25 professionals from different backgrounds like hearth, education, agriculture, community development & women leaders for justice. Apart from that so many volunteers are working in the field for social security. Infrastructure : • Well equipped head office at E Singhbhum & saraikela kharswan distt. of Jharkhand. • Office has computers internet & phone, • Sufficient in house for training • Branch Offices at village level. Objectives : • To provide basic education & health rights to the underprivileged group • To promote gender & social equity & equality trough empowerment of women. • To promote & support livelihood security to raise the quality of life of the marginalized poor. • To make people of this area sells reliant through utilizing their local resources. • To make more awareness among the rural mass as they demand their rights.
