OBJECTIVE: To strengthen relation among people in the society and to extend support to people to create an environment of mutual co-operation.
To enable people to remove discrimination among gender, caste, educated, uneducated, high and low etc. and to increase their potentials to critically judge the issues confronting them.
To enable people to build up alliances amongest different people organisations, women organisations to promote self-confidence, mutual trust and love.
To enable people and to motivate them to promote and mainta in alternative sustainable development process in the society.
To share new knowledge, skill, experience with the people regarding social, economic, political, cultural and environmental aspects.
To promote traditional art and folk culture amongst new generation. Vision 2020 :
• To form clusters of SHGs making homogenous products.
• To focus on market led activities through networking and supply chain management for SHGs.
• To provide appropriate and adequate training & support to at least 1,000 ‘people with special need’ to enable them to live a life of dignity.
• To increase productivity through non-seasonal agriculture by storing and rationally using of rain / storm water.
• To promote organic cultivation for maintaining ecological balance and prevent health hazard. • To promote plantation of medicinal herbs in arid and semi-arid areas.
• To find out alternative means of sustainable income generation through non timber forest products.
• To create a permanent platform for practice and development of folk art and culture.
• To create at least two model villages in each of our three project areas.
