Sahaya womens welfare Society’s Mission is to work in most interior drought prone areas of belgaum and Karwar district. Need them education,& helth care and involving them in the grass-rooot level activities. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES ARE: 1.To conduct awareness and capacity building programmes to rural women on Women right, legal status and child development activities. 2.To create employment generation to rural women by conducting various income Generation trainings. 3. To promote of people’s Participation in development activities. 4.To develop ownership and credibility mentality among the user community. 5. To provide and increase employment opportunities to the rural people by Making best use of local resources by organizing skill enhancement training Provide innovative technology for more production in order to stop migration of poor landless labourers to cities. 1.To facilitate people to form platforms federation for development issues. 2.To undertake soil and water conservation activities. 3.To enhance the living condition of rural poor and downtrodden people by organizing them. 4.To introduce innovative dry land agriculture technology to farmers and increase agricultural productivity. With the above aims and objective Sahaya woman’s welfare society has been conducting various programmes in Belgaum, and Uttar Kannada, Districts Community organization and people’s participation are the key and important strategies of our organization for successful implementation of the development programmes to attain significant socio, economic, health, hygiene, sanitary changes and behavior as well as attitude changes in the life of poor people. |
