MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of KASTURI is building a society based on justice, equality, tolerance and human values. The weaker and poor tribal should get their due share and live happily. The society which is free from exploitation, poverty, discrimination and inequality and based on brotherhood, mutual help, cooperation and harmony.
VISION:
The vision of KASTURI. is that each human being is a potential force of power, which needs to be explored and given the right direction. It visualizes to explore all those who are yet not explored, break their inertia, ignite them through a social change towards prosperity, equity and sustainability.
OBJECTIVES OF KASTURI:
The overall objective of KASTURI is to undertake multifarious activities, which are crucial for raising the awareness of people, building their capacities and bringing change in their social and economic condition leading them towards surplus, harmony and prosperity.
Specific objectives of KASTURI covering all aspects of human development: social, cultural and economic condition of poor and deprived people area as follows:
a) To different rural developmental activities
b) To help poor and helpless children, women sick and infirm persons and to cognize the rural and tribal ladies about their social status and legal rights.
c) To provide different vocational trainings and academic schools,
d) To introduce any income generating programmes like diary , poultry, goatery, fishery etc,
e) To hold health programme and open mini health centers for the needy people
f) To eradicate illiteracy through educational programme.
g) To perform many fold tribal developmental activities and revive and retain their genuine cultural heritage.
h) To arrange and coordinate sports, competitions, camps, seminars, workshops and symposiums.
i) To check environmental pollution and work to up keep ecological balance
j) To promote agricultural know-how through demonstration firm or any other
