The Vision of the Organization is to witness transformational change in the awareness levels on rights, accessing them, sustained livelihoods and sustainable forest dependence through accessing linkages to ensure economic, social, and environmental and all round development including ownership on resources for children and communities of aboriginal communities of Eastern Ghats. The Mission of the Organization is to inculcate the integrated development among children and tribal communities through community mobilization, capacity building and strategic framework at grass root level with regular participatory interventions for the advancement and promotion of the well being of tribal communities with a primary emphasis on the rights of children and other segments. Aims and objectives •Creating awareness for rights of children, women, DAP among citizens through integrated and collaborative actions among different sections of the society. •Inculcating social, economical and cultural equality and fraternity to ensuring the best attention to the children segment. •To formulate the strategies for forming the cadre building and cadre of volunteers in reaching out to the remote corners of the district in a mission of rights protection •Making efforts for skill development among the vulnerable women groups for improving the access and ownership on resources. •Striving to promote literacy, education, health practices for quality of life through motivation for integrated community development. •Providing care, support and rehabilitation to the vulnerable communities in its quest for organizing the children and orphan& vulnerable children segment. •Research studies on issues pertaining to children and on the pattern of livelihoods generation. •Awareness building among farmers on sustainable agriculture, organic practices, animal husbandry and motivating them to devise holistic means for income generation. •Imparting training to farmers on govt. schemes and linkages. •Restoring bio-diversity, village habitat, eco-systems and preservation indigenous practices along with Bio-diversity conservation and forest protection. •Promoting NTFP resources and revenues through inculcating the collection, processing, storage and marketing practices •Annual planning, identification, collection, Regeneration, and collective marketing through VSS members and CBOS trainings for better management and improve the women participation in the Natural Resource Management. •Facilitating the drinking and irrigation water facilities, Horticultural activities, and solar energy supplementation and alternative sources of energy for domestic practices instead of logging of trees.
