Children,Education,Training,Tribal & Indegeneous,Health/Nutrition,SHG/IGP,Physically & Mentally Challenged,Welfare,Capacity Building 4.Objective (Main) :- i) To undertake Rural Development Activities/Programmes under Financial support of benevolent person,Govt. & Non-Govt. Organization orForeign Agencies. (ii)To undertake welfare Project for the Old,Sick, handicapped and for the development of specially SC/ ST/socio-economically weaker women,Children and generalmass. iii) Organizing games and sports, Tournaments, Cultural Programmes, Functions and festivals etc. for physical, mental and cultural development in the locality inhabited by TRIBAL and backward people . To make people concious and conseientious about the Ieprosy, Aboration,(Birth Control) and killing female foetus, Aids/HIV etc to ensure a healthy society. iv) Accelerating socio-economic condition of the target people (weaker section of the Society through implementation of scientific,upgraded and updated technological know-how in Agriculture and village Industries, exploiting locally available resources. v) Vocational Training, Skill Training To local Youth, women and other needy person for self-sufficiency with different time/place befitting Income Generation scheme. vi) Promoting sympathy, fellow-feeling. co-ordination, co-operation and unity among the followers of different faith /ideology so as to evolove asource of socio-religious toleration and nurturing carefully the ageold, traditional idea of UNITY IN DIVERSITY. vii) Implementation of different welfare activities through youths,women with proper monitoring evoluation and creative programme among them to boost up their Leadership quality, confidence, self sufficency and togetherness. a) Activities of the organization:- (i) Reproductive & Child Health II under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,(GOI),for providing services to the target Women & Children of two Sub Centres at Nayagram. (ii) District Level Resource Organization under Sarva Siksha Mission,Paschim Medinipur, for provi ding Services to the Handicapped students of Nayagram & Jambani . (iii) Mobile Medical Camps at nayagram under National Rural Health Mission (GOI) . (iv) Residential and Non Residential Bridge Course Centre for Out of School, School Drop viii) Guiding the local youths/women towards a healthy and social goal through organizing Awareness Campaign, Seminars, Workshop,Study Group etc. ix) Making a clean, green and healthy germless atmosphere for living in the through organizing NEAC programme,social forestry, Tree For life etc. Older people welfare(Rehabilitation,Counselling, Medical support &Legal Guidance, psychological co-opration etc. x) Giving necessary relief to the affected people in time of flood,Drought,famine,pestilence and other natural calamities. xi) Doing all social welfare activities including public Health,Road Development, Creche, Non Formal/ Pre School Education Centre, Condensed Course of Education for the poor and dropped out Children, Women and Men, Low Cost Latrine and Smokless Chullah for every househould ,Construction of low Cost House for destitutes/PTG, SC/ST/OBC/weaker section of the society. xii) To open Charitable Dispensary, Welfare Centers,for Mother and Children ,Orphanage, Child &Adult Education Centre, Day Care Centre, Short Stay Home Etc. xiii) Organizing programmes on Immunization,Health and Nutrirional consciousness, Familly welfare, Mother&Child Health, Training to child life development workers. xiv) To chalk out all sorts of possible measures for the overall socio-economic development of the women, Children and general men. Out and Never Enrolled Children of Nayagram,Gopiballavpur-I Block and Kharagpur Municipality. (v) Vocational Training Centre on Colour Tv & Audio Repairing affiliated by West Bengal State Council of Technical education,Govt. of West Bengal. (vi) Rural Sports Centre under Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports(GOI) for the youths of Nayagram Block. (vii) Bhupendranath Smriti Pathagar,a Free Library Programme, with support from Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation and Deptt. of Library,Govt. of West Bengal. (viii) Skill Development Training Programme, for the adolescent Girls under ICDS Cell,Paschim Medinipur. (ix) Model House for Lodha on Low Cost Technology is under construction in collaboration with Paschim Medinipur Zilla Parishad,Paschim Medinipur. (x) Awareness Generation Programme in collaboration with Ministry of Science & Technology(GOI),Ministry of Health & Family Welfare(GOI),Deptt. of Field Publicity(GOI),West Bengal Social Welfare Advisory Board,White Ribbon Alliance India,& other renowned Organization. |
