To initiate a systematic intervention in its area of operations to establish a linkage with like-minded people. Its immediate target group is the weaker section of the society who will be facilitated to realize their inner worth to participate in sustainable group action to avail the fruits of the development process. The focus is as strengthening the local organizations/institutions which are trying to evolve an appropriate system for managing their resources like land, water, forest, credit, livestock, social infrastructure and human resources. We further aim at withdrawing in appropriate time to facilitate self-growth and self-actualization of the local institution.
