Vision and mission of the Organization ‘We believe that poverty is the outcome of inequality in distribution of Resources elitist utilization & management of natural resources and unequal gender relation in the society. In order to carry forward great dream to bring about the necessary behavioral change of all stakeholders to empower them to manage their participation in the process of development at all levels. To our chagrin, we realize that representation of women is highly unbalanced although their proportion in the population is nearly 50%.Through our vision , goals we plan to work towards eradication poverty , eliminate inequality in education ,ensure access to health care and employment violence against women. This will entail mobilizing women and men at both policy making and grassroots levels to achieve our objectives’ c) Objectives:
• ¬¬To promote voluntary and social service and strength this process.
• To support small organization involved in development activities in backward rural areas. • To collect information regarding various local problems and issues, encourage public opinion and apprise the authorities concerned to frame appropriate program me and policies.
• To encourage co-ordination among voluntary groups, local departments’ public agencies and donor agencies.
• To motivate other agencies to promote institutional activities to increase development process.
• To conduct various welfare and progressive activities to uplift social, economic and academic status of rural people especially Women’s & Weaker Section of the society.
• To create awareness among people regarding various state and national problems and issues with the support of different governmental / non – governmental department.
• To entrench Participatory processes through network approach that strengthens the management practices in the communities.
